At Performance Dog Supply, we take pride in getting your gear to you quickly so you and your dog can get back to doing what you love.
Processing & Shipping Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Large Item Shipping (Kennels & Oversized Products):
Shipping rates for large items such as kennels may require adjustment after purchase due to carrier rate fluctuations based on box size and delivery location. If an adjustment is needed, we will contact you before processing your order.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Performance Dog Supply is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
Shipping, Delivery & Package Security
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled. At that point, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Performance Dog Supply is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after delivery confirmation.
We recommend shipping to a secure location or ensuring someone is available to receive your package.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
- Reach out to your local post office for additional delivery details
Filing a chargeback for an order confirmed as delivered by the carrier may be considered a violation of this policy.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos so we can quickly resolve the issue.
