Owner, Sales Manager
Ashley combines real-world training experience with a commitment to owner education and product excellence. As Sales Manager, she is responsible for sourcing and bringing in new training tools and supplies to continually strengthen and refine our product selection. Whether she’s helping customers find the right fit or packing orders behind the scenes, Ashley is focused on ensuring every product we carry serves a clear purpose and supports better training outcomes.
Gregory
Owner, Content Creator
With over 7 years of dog training experience, Greg brings hands-on knowledge and a deep passion for performance gear to the store. He's our "gear guy" who personally tests every leash, collar, and training tool we carry, giving him firsthand insight into what truly works. While he helps customers in-store and packs orders alongside the team, his main focus is content creation. He loves sharing who we are, what we stand for, and why we love serving the working dog community.
Ellie
Shift Lead, Customer Relations
Ellie brings hands-on training experience in pet training along with a focused interest in PSA and bitework with her shepherd, giving her valuable insight into protection gear. She uses and tests the equipment we carry, especially tools designed for drive, control, and durability. Along with assisting customers and fulfilling orders, Ellie is passionate about helping handlers choose gear that supports structured, effective training.
Courtney
Retail Associate
Courtney comes to us with a five-dog pack (yes, FIVE! 🐾) and a serious passion for dog sports. She actively competes in dock diving and agility, so she knows firsthand what it takes to build confident, driven, and athletic dogs. On top of that, she’s spent the last few years working as a veterinary assistant, bringing valuable vet med knowledge to our crew. Between the competition field and the clinic floor, she’s got a well-rounded perspective we’re so excited to have in-house.
